Meet up at your hotel at 8.30 for lunch tour or 14.30 for dinner tour.

Start the tour by a cyclo/bike ride to the center of Hoi An to visit the colorful market and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas all over the area.. You’ll have the opportunity to interact with local sellers and learn about the fresh ingredients you’ll be using during your cooking lesson later in the day. This is a great chance to take some photos as well, so be sure to have your camera ready. Our chef will help you choose the best and freshest ingredients for your cuisines. Vietnamese food is various with different flavours and ingredients.

Then hop on a bike to ride to Tra Que vegetable village. Enjoy a welcome drink and then walk through the vegetable garden where local farmers work in their fields following the methods that have been in use for hundreds of years. Next you’ll join a cooking lesson with a chef to learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking a Vietnamese meal. Besides, while preparing your cuisine, you can create your ideas for making your cuisine more good looking and better. After the lesson, you will enjoy the meal with what-you-have-cooked.
